Der Online-Kurs Gokhale Method Elements ist ganz anders, als ich ihn mir anfangs vorgestellt hatte. Auf so vielen Ebenen spüre ich Verbesserungen in meinem Leben. Am meisten liebe ich das Gefühl von Kraft und Freiheit in meinen normalen Alltagsbewegungen. Muskeln, von deren Existenz ich früher nichts gewusst habe, entwickeln sich jetzt.
Als ich erfuhr, dass der Kurs online über Zoom stattfinden würde, wollte ich zunächst absagen. Ich hatte befürchtet, dass ich Links zu Videos bekommen würde und keinen Einzelunterricht.
Julie ist super engagiert, freundlich, süß und empathisch. Die Art, mit der sie mit ihrem Körper das Stehen, Sitzen, Gehen und Liegen zeigt und erklärt, ist sehr klar und genau. Da ich etwas faul bin und manchmal etwas vergesslich, bedanke ich mich für deine Geduld, Julie. Auch dafür, wie du detailliert erklärt hast, wie alles mit Zoom funktioniert. Ich bin so glücklich, dass ich diesen Kurs gemacht habe. Herzliche Umarmungen aus Holland!
The Gokhale Method Elements course is so different from what I thought it would be like. On so many levels it is an improvement in my life. The thing that I love most is the sense of strength and freedom I feel now doing my normal activities. There are muscles developing that I didn’t know existed.
In the beginning I wanted to bail out after I heard we were to be having lessons using Zoom. For some reason I thought I would get a link to videos and not individual one-on-one online teaching.
Julie is dedicated, friendly, sweet and empathic. She is very clear and meticulous in the way she explains and shows how to move, stand, sit and lie down using her own body. As I am lazy and my ability to remember stuff is not so good, I want to thank you for your patience, Julie. Also for explaining in detail how to use Zoom for taking online lessons. I am so happy I continued to complete the course. Big hugs from the Netherlands!
