About this workshop

Scoliosis is an increasingly common spinal condition that does not have a satisfactory solution in the conventional or alternative repertoire. The best of these solutions merely delay the need for surgery if the scoliosis is severe. The Gokhale Method, because it includes sustained traction in life exercises, is remarkably effective in addressing any non-genetic components of scoliosis. Gokhale teachers find it especially gratifying to work with scoliosis patients, and numerous students and their physicians have reported astonishing results. Join Esther Gokhale for this 1-hour free online workshop, where she will discuss this topic in detail. Your body and mind will thank you!
