Hello again Esther.
I have another question about stetch sidelying. I have been doing it for a couple of nights now and each morning I am waking with worsening knee pain - I tried a couple different thicknesses of pillows between my knees to prevent the rotation of the spine but it seems to be the same no matter what I do. then this morning, I work up with left hip pain as well as bilateral knee pain. Is this normal? will it improve once I am more familiar with it? or am I doing something wrong? The last thing I need or want is more body parts hurting!!! Thanks, Melissa H :)

As for your hips, same as above, but here a towel roll in your waist can help if you have a narrow waist and wider hips. Keep us posted on your progress!
