I forget where it was suggested, but I definitely second the video idea. Video would definitely be excellent for many of the lessons such as stacksitting, stretchlying on your side, glidewalking, etc. I watched the Youtube video of the talk you gave at Google, and it was pretty helpful for understanding what "antevert the the pelvis" meant.
Furthermore, something that one can download to a video ipod or watch from any computer (youtube) would make it easier to implement the techniques without carrying the book around everywhere.

I can't wait for a video companion to 8 Steps. I watched a video called Evolution Running on running biomechanics and it made it SO easy to understand. I'm very much a monkey see-monkey do person and that instinct feels at a loss with only still-frames and words. Especially since I already think way too much and when I get caught up in all the words of the book I lose much of my inner body awareness and end up more tense and less aligned. The times where this whole thing has worked are when I've read for a while, stopped thinking, and just felt it out with the assitance of some mental pictures from the book. More feel, less think. Still so grateful for all this, and hope to take a class not too far in the future, I'm sure that's where the gold is. Ben
