Glidewalking Actors

This is a great question. When we began to improve our posture, our brain often becomes hungry for images that will we can mimic; images that can illustrate what we are trying to accomplish in our own bodies.

Groucho Marx has a signature walk that he used in some of his movies called the "Groucho Glide". You can find some examples on youtube. He would crouch down a bit and glidewalk!

Movies like "The Gods Must Be Crazy" or any old movies from 1920 or before would have examples of glidewalking.

Museums will have sculptures  and paintings of people glidewalking. Sometimes someone with good form will walk by you, glidewalking!
