computer ergonomics & upper back pain

I have upper back pain where my right shoulder blade points at my spine. This has been chronic and quite painful. This is the side I use mostly when working at the computer. I believe the pain is from my posture while sitting working on a computer, ie. slouching shoulders and hunched spine.

I am reading the 8 Steps book, and am practicing stretchsitting in the car with the stretchsit cushion I purchased from you.

My next step is to find a chair and the best way to position myself while working at the computer. I would like a chair with wheels on it. I found this one. Can you tell me if you think this one would work?

Here's another possibility for a chair. It says the back is adjustable and the height of the chair also.

Would this one work with a stretchsit cushion?

Should I purchase a chair with or without arm rests?

I also don't see the stacksit wedge in your store. Did you discontinue that product?

Also any suggestions for sitting in bed against a wall with legs outstretched? I was considering buying a wedge to rest up against, but would appreciate your suggestions.

Thank you very much for the help.

My upper back pain is much worse now. I can no longer sit and work at the computer. Sitting in general is very difficult, even in the car. I have been using the stretchsit pillow yet sitting is still not comfortable.

The pain in my thoracic area has intensified, and there is heat and pain in all my joints on the right side, neck, wrist, hip, knee and ankle.

I still have a few chapters of your book to read.

I am now standing to work on the computer, with arms handing down from my shoulders, and short arms to the keyboard, head and nedk straight looking at the monitor. This seems to be helping for now, but I know it's not a permanent solution.

My chiropractic adjustment yesterday felt good however within one hour my back was spasming intensely and I felt like I would throw up from the pain. Icing it is helping a lot.

Thank you so much for your help. I'm so glad to have your assistance.
