Esther and I both encourage our students to find a type of exercise that they enjoy (anything from sports to gym equipment to walking/hiking), and do it with good form. So if you enjoy elliptical trainers, then go for it. It's a good low-impact choice for aerobic exercise.
Things to be especially attentive of:
alignment of the legs - feet and knees aligned and slightly turned out
keeping the torso still - keeping the hips still and the hips and shoulders facing forward
Could you please be more specific regarding the principles to follow. That is to say how to incorporate the principles in 8 steps. Also, what muscles do you use to align knee and toes and ensure your hips and shoulders are forward. How do you use your muscles whwn using this type of equipment.
