If I had been taught what good posture is (which includes how to bend and how to do challenging tasks) when I was young, I'm sure that, for one thing, I would not have endured the pain I had for decades, and second, I would have had a much more sure and confident attitude. I realize how my "new" posture is impacting my self-confidence and my ability to relate to others. It's really powerful, I can't believe it.
