I just completed the Gokhale Elements, 18 session program. I would like to thank Aurelia Vaicekauskas for a great job teaching me the techniques, patiently, being supportive and very positively encouraging each step of the way. I am very satisfied with the incremental progress that seems to be occurring.
I know my physical circumstance are very challenging and I never felt discouraged and will continue as much as possible on this new journey of correcting my posture and health.
