I just found your page and in going thru everything I haven't found a solution to my problem. I have rheumatoid arthritis and my right shoulder is frozen. I read the 1st chapter of your book and am unable to raise my arm above my head. I do have back problems and feel that what you have to offer would really help me. Other than that, I am a "trying to be" spry 76 year old.

Hi Lynn,
Don't worry that you are unable to raise your arm above your head right now. I would focus on the shoulder roll action as described in the book until your shoulder's architecture is better suited to more mobility. To help maintain your shoulder position after you roll a little forward, up, back and relax, then it may be useful to bring all of your tasks very close to your body. For example, your steering wheel, computer keyboard, food, etc. Your shoulder will get used to this new position and flexibilty should come over time. Living life with your shoulders rolled back should give better circulation to your arms and hand as well which is always good for healing injuries.
