Groucho Marx, who was making movies around 1920, is a great example of good posture. He had a characteristic walk called the "Groucho Glide", a precursor to the Gokhale Method glidewalking! This a link to a short clip where you can see his J spine, hip-hinging, and shoulders back. Watch as he turns his head to the side. There is a short segment at the beginning where he does the Grouch Glide.

Oh my goodness -- this is hilarious! Thanks for sharing Kathleen.
Further proof that you don't need to go back TOO far in history for examples of Primal Posture.
Groucho was "Primal" before primal was cool!
