I have a hyperflexibility condition (specifically, Ehlers Danlos Syndrome). Are there certain things to watch out for (like overcompensation in specific areas?) for people with this or similar conditions when practicing primal posture technique? Thanks.

Within the Gokhale Method / primal posture, stabilsation - Inner Corset and rib anchor - is particularly helpful and should greatly reduce the chances of unhelpful movement. Hyperflexibility does mean greater attention is needed to where and how movement is being made, a teacher can best help you with this, hands on. A good general guide would be "less is more" to reduce the risk of overcompensation, or moving beyond the natural range of movement of the joints.
