Other cultures: spinal groove in your low back - pg 77

If I were to change my posture, would the spinal groove also change; or is it a constant?  For example, my lower back looks like the bottom photo and my upper back has no groove.  I'm just wondering if I can use the groove as a gauge of my progress?

Absolutely to both questions! Your groove will change and you can use that change as a gauge on how you are doing.

Esther, that is wonderful.  I think I will take a photo of my horrid back now and look forward to an improving picture.  Thanks for all!!

No back is horrid - it already serves you pretty well, right? It's just that there's room for improvement. Onward and upward!
