Head movement while glidewalking

In Glidewalking, would it be normal to have a roughly 1/2" to 3/4" bob of the head (up and down, not sideways)?  Or would perfect Glidewalking have the head remain smoothly at a constant height?  Many thanks!

There are different modes of walking, even within healthy gait. For example the Kikuya tribal women have been observed (study published in Nature) to switch to a particularly efficient gait when loaded up with a weight on their head, so much so that their oxygen consumption rate when they are loaded is less (!!!) than when they are not.

I think 1/2 - 3/4" of bobbing up and down falls within this range of normal. I think the bobbing becomes less when people who are skilled in carrying things on their heads, are loaded.
