DVD - Excellent Product

Hello,

Just a quick note to let you know that the DVD is excellent! The DVD is a great companion to the book.

Seeing the various components in action (stretchsitting, etc.) helped understand what I was missing or mis-interpreting.

I encourage everyone to get a copy if you can!
