In the July 22-24, 2011 class, Esther showed us how to lie on two rectangular yoga bolsters, with our buttocks hanging off the end of one bolster. This was very helpful to my back in the class, but now I cannot remember how to position my legs while my backside is hanging off the bolster. I'd be very grateful for input on this!

Hi Bess,
Let your legs bend with your feet on the floor. Your feet can be kidney bean shaped and a little turned out, with your knees tracking well over about the second toe. Allowing your feet to be a little wider than hip-distance apart with the knees open allows the pelvis to settle into a healthy anteverted position.
