Structual leg difference

Hi Esther

Recently I started using the stretch sit cushions for the stretch sit technique... I drive with it everywhere I go... I do indeed feel a stetch along my back and even down my left hamstring/ thigh...

The only problem is when I do walk around afterwards and perform other activities such as 'playing the drums', I feel imbalance in my legs which leads to discomfort in the knees and muscles in the legs ect... (You may remember Esther that in a previous post I did mention that I had shorter left leg/ outwardly rotated foot due to break)...

So I want to continue with the stretch sit, but what is the sollution/ remedy to this uneveness?

Thanks Esther

I wonder if you are stretchsitting too vigorously. You shouldn't feel something down your legs while stretchsitting, nor after. I wonder if you are pulling on tight muscles in your low back to the point that the muscles are unable to respond by stretching and are instead pressing down on underlying nerves. Try backing off a little on how muc you are lengthening.
