Prolapse
I'm 27 and just had my second baby and I was diagnosed with Prolapse. I was devastated because sex is painful and I feel like I'm falling apart; it has sent me on a very tedious journey to find a cure/treatment (I've been doing kegals for years but apparently, to no avail). I was shocked to find out that 50% of women suffer from this condition (particularly since the 1920's). Anyway, I found one person who made a connection between good posture and prolapse. This is how I found your book. I suffer from extremely tight back muscles and migraines so trying to fix my posture with the scattered info I found on the web was turning out to be quite painful. Thank you so much for your book and all the lovely pictures.

You may want to consider incorporating info about prolapse, since so many of us suffer unnecessarily, and there is so little awareness. Everywhere I searched it says that the only fix is surgery. Do you have any specific tips or resources for this type of condition, or does your book pretty much cover everything I need to know?

Thank you again!

The main thing to learn is pelvic anteversion, most easily learnt first in side stretchlying and stacksitting. Once you get the idea, you want to incorporate this pelvic position into standing and walking. The book has what you need and don't despair. The body heals itself if you give it a chance.

It's really a shame that so many women in our culture go through this unnecessarily. Fix yourself and then spread the word!
