Hi Esther,
I took your posture classes and refresher class and they helped me a lot. Now a good friend of mine was diagnosed with mild-to-moderate herniated disc at C5-6 , with some bone spurs.
Do you have any recommendations on how to make this condition better? She hasn't taken yet your course but now she wants to focus on things than specifically improve her neck condition.
Thank you,
Dan

Hi Dan,
I would highly suggest that she puts her neck in traction with Stretchlying. In addition, finding a new home for her head and neck (lengthening the back of the neck slowly whilst letting the chin angle downward) should create some space in C5-C6. Ultimately anteverting the pelvis so the back can rest in a straighter position will also help eliminate excessive curvature in the neck.
Can you get her to a Gokhale Method Foundations course? I hope so!
