I like the fact that primal posture is presented as a human tradition and not just a mechanical advantage for athletes. You're body really works this way. Humans are muscular around every bone. How much muscle work would this program take to get the body exactly right? These are not the kind of muscles one would build at the gym. Is there a name for or a way of finding your genetic musles?
