I Don't know what Esther thinks one way or another, but I know she would recommend taking the Group Foundations course and then keeping up with the daily 1-2-3 program, exercise with Eric and moving meditation. She has wonderful alumni, "Beyond Foundations" videos that delve deeper in to what the foundations course teaches; like healthy feet, etc.
