Returning back to primal posture

Hi, this question is for Esther gokhale or anyone who can answer this question. Is there anyway your body can go back to the posture you once had when you were a kid without consciously trying to learn it?

We can't prove that it can't happen without conscious effort. As someone once said, we are too ignorant to know what's impossible.  But it certainly makes it more likely to happen if we put conscious effort into it.  A person wanting to quit smoking could hope that someday they'd wake up and simply have no desire to light up a cigarette ever again - after all, they didn't smoke when they were a child.  But it is more likely that they will successfully quit by consciously applying strategies to help recreate the habit of being a non-smoker.

We get good at whatever we practice.  If we've been practicing poor posture for the past, say, nine-tenths of our life, we will be very good at having poor posture! If we want to exchange the poor posture habit for the good posture habit we used to have long ago, consciously applying strategies to support the change gives us the best chance for success.

Esther Gokhale adds: “If you transported yourself to a village in Africa or some equivalent place where healthy posture is still the norm, together with the equivalent of our Gokhale Method Foundations training so that you recognize what you are looking at and know how to get there, this has a better chance of working. In the meantime, the Gokhale Method team of teachers is working very hard to influence all those around you to be the healthy influence you would get in village Africa. We would love it if you joined forces with us in beaming it out as well as beaming it in!"

Thanks for your question and feel free to write again if you have more questions or comments.
