Hey - I ordered the 8 steps to a pain free back book and it should arrive in about a week and a half or so.
I have some questions though regarding my posture.
FIrst of all, looking in the mirror my posture has definitley improved, except all day long when im in this healthy posture my lower back is sore. Its not excrutiating but it's annoying and noticable.
Am I doing this wrong or is it just my muscles and spine readjusting?
ANother question, at home should I sit on a chair doing the stretch sit or a exercise ball?
Thanks

Welcome! Love it when a teen comes on board...
No, the low back (that is, the small of your back) should not hurt. You may be unwittingly swaying your back, which often gets mistaken for good posture. You want to "anchor" the ribcage (that is, make the lower border of the ribcage flush with the contour of the torso) and then independently roll back the shoulders so you don't feel too hunched. It's tricky, because every time you try to reset your shoulders back further, you'll find that your ribcage tends to pop.
Stretchsitting can't happen on an exercise ball, since a ball doesn't have a back to stretch up against. Maybe you mean stacksitting, which you can do on either.
