Hi Ester and friends, Thanks for the recent wonderful Zoom on upper back and neck pain. I am trying to learn to sleep on my back. Any opinions about these pillows? The girl is demonstrating the Neck Nest. What about the McKenzie cervical roll, or just using towels to support the neck? Thanks! Katie

Greetings Katie,
Cervical pillows are not recommended.
Stretchlying on the back and on the side can done very effectively with standard bed pillows. These 3 key principles of the Gokhale Method are all implemented in stretchlyiing: lengthening, strengthening, and reshaping.
Here is a Gokhale Moment video to watch.
