Thoracic fractures T10-12

Hi. I have problems stretch sitting as the stretch cushion is always at the most painfull bit of my back, I seem to need support under my armpits to stretch the thoracic spine, can I do shoulder rolls and then prop my arms backwards over the back of the chair to stretch this upper back? Thanks

Yes that's the solution I would suggest. Whenever there is inflammation / trauma in an area, it won't appreciate contact with any surface, leave along a shearing contact. So until the area completely heals, you need to create a workaround, which you have!
